I thought about doing Christmas cards this year, I even got ambitious and bought Christmas paper and envelopes to do a little newsletter. Well, neither one of those are happening this year. It was a nice thought though. But here is a little Christmas cuteness. (I know I have said this before, but getting a decent picture of the three of these goobers is tough!)
(A side note on Brookie's dress- last year I found her this little velvet dress for $3- a really good after Xmas clearance. The sash and bow was just not my thing and it didn't match the boys' outfits so I cut it off and made a new one and matching hair bow. So I think everything came to $5- not to shabby.)
(As good as it got. I can't believe how old they are getting!)
While we were at Grandma and Papa Van Giesons for Thanksgiving, Grandma made Dallin into Santa with a lot of cotton balls and a little bit of Elmer's glue. He thought it was great. He even found some toys to hand out.
Ho, ho, ho!
I couldn't find Dallin for a while at the Van Giesons, I checked in the bathroom and found him, sound asleep on the floor. Too much partying I guess. (I think someone needs some new socks.)
They got some snow up north, so the kids and Aaron were able to play in it and even build a snowman. The boys loved it- and maybe their dad did too.
This was all the snow that we got- a little pathetic, but look at how cute the little snow bunny is! (She even hopped around when I called her that.)
Last, but not least, Tanner finally lost his first tooth! 7 1/2 years old and one finally came loose!
This is how the boys play with Brooke's doll house...
While Tanner is at school, Dallin's creative side comes out. This is what he came up with the other week. The only thing he needed help with was the windows, the rest was all him (it's a train in case you were wondering.)
